We don't accept returns or exchanges, so please check your color and options before you order. Pickup customers are welcome to look over their order before they take it.
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, email mike@scirocco799.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
Manufacturer defects are covered by each manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer handles the claim. Warranty terms vary by product and are listed by the manufacturer. If something fails, contact us with your order number and we'll help you get the claim to the right place.
Need to cancel? Email us before your order ships or is picked up and we'll refund it in full.
$25 flat rate to the lower 48 US states. Orders ship from Traverse City, Michigan, usually within 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email.
